A short while after being fed and having her waste removed, a voice came on in her ears. The voice was pleasant enough, informing her that her Chinese lesson would begin now. Inside her rubber cocoon, tightly bound, there were no other influences and Lien was now subjected to endless repetitions as she began to learn the language. Since she couldn't speak and thus make no mistakes, there were few punishments for poor performance. There was, however, frequent electric shocks to her genitals, just to keep her awake and sharp.

After some time in the cocoon, Lien began to feel a tightness across her chest, as if it was getting bigger. Lien's erection became almost feverish as she realized that she was probably growing tits.

Finally the cocoon came off. At first she had to wear sunglasses as her eyes adjusted to the light and she was so weak and stiff in the joints that she had to be helped out of bed, into a wheelchair a driven off to be bathed. The bath was followed by physical therapy and it was during this she spoke her first words with her new voice. She wanted to say something about how much it hurt, but stopped completely in her tracks when she heard her new voice, which turned out to be a very light, almost too light, soprano.

As she recovered from the shock of hearing her new voice, she looked down her body, her eyes fully adjusted for the first time since coming out of the cocoon. The shock made her momentarily speechless. That she had grown a pair of tits was no surprise. They were still quite small, but very nice with big, pert nipples. What really shocked her was what had been done to her hands and feet. They were tiny! Her hands were no longer those of a Karate instructor, but rather those of a kept woman who had never had to do anything even remotely manual in her life. Her fingers were long and delicate and her wrists were now slender and somehow loose. But her feet were the biggest surprise. They had shrunk at least four sizes and were now tiny and delicate.
